|ABC of Michigan, as a trade association, sponsors a PAC (ABC MI PAC). Its purpose is to work within the state election process to further the goals of the association through direct involvement in supporting and opposing candidates running in state, judicial, and local election. |
ABC of Michigan Merit Fund (Super PAC) advances the free enterprise philosophy of the merit shop to help grow our state and national economy by fighting to eliminate union-only project labor agreements (PLAs), protect right to work, protect repeal of prevailing wage, lower taxes, defend emPloyee rights, and cut government red tape.
ABC MI Corporate Action Fund accepts unrestricted corporate or personal donations. Contributions support reform efforts led by ABC members, taxpayers, workers, & legislative leaders committed to fiscal accountability, equal opportunity, and economic prosperity for all. A few member-led properties include protection of prevailing wage repeal, opportunities to grow Michigan's workforce, and skilled trades education reform.

Per Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations, a corporate member company of ABC must first provide ABC PAC with prior authorization before any individual in its restricted class can be solicited to contribute. An authorized executive of a corporate member company must complete in full the ABC PAC Prior Authorization Form on behalf of their company. (Member companies may only authorize a solicitation by one trade association per calendar year).
